We stayed at this lovely B&B for one night during our road trip. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and attractive. The staff, especially the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even ran to the train station to return a forgotten item. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was convenient for exploring the historic center.

Can just recommend this hotel.

The lighting in the staircases leading to the upper floors could be improved for better visibility at night.

Stayed here for New Year and loved it. the location is great, only a short walk from the town. the breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade cakes and fresh coffee. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with the lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Another plus was the friendly and helpful staff who recommended lots of good restaurants and activities to do in the area.

The decor wasn't really my taste, but that's completely subjective and didn't take away from the great stay we had. the other downside was that the B&B was not directly in the town, but it was only a short walk away from the escalators or lifts that would take you up to the town.

The room was elegant and the heating kept me warm during my November stay. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center and the beautiful Duomo. The breakfast was delicious, with a slice of cake included! The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the bathroom. I highly recommend Chiara E Benedetta for a fantastic stay in Orvieto.

This hotel was a fantastic value for money, with great attention to detail. We loved its location outside the old town on a quiet side street, yet still within a walking distance to the main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and had a lovely view from the private balcony. The breakfast buffet offered a beautiful view, and the homemade cakes were simply delicious.
